We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Lavender Bee Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, nor for
packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, or for personal preferences such as scent or texture.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within five (5) days of delivery at info@lavender-bee.com, including photos of the issue. We will review and work with you to resolve the situation appropriately.
